RankRelay

RankRelay is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that lets organizations spin up credible, low-drama leaderboards for offline or semi-offline activities: sales calls, gym challenges, classroom habits, volunteer hours, support ticket SLAs, or community contributions. Unlike generic gamification tools that feel gimmicky, RankRelay focuses on verifiable scoring and fair comparisons. Admins can create “seasons,” define scoring rules, and connect data sources (Google Sheets, Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, Zapier) or log events manually with approval workflows. Participants get a clean profile, progress view, and team-based rankings that reduce toxic individual competition. The product includes anti-cheat controls (evidence uploads, manager approvals, anomaly flags) and privacy options (aliases, opt-in visibility). It’s a simple “leaderboard layer” you can add to existing workflows without rebuilding your stack.
