The platform onboards suppliers (boutiques, venues, guides, hotels) with identity and business verification, then standardizes offers into bookable “access passes” with clear terms, cancellation rules, and service-level expectations. An AI layer matches requests to suppliers, flags unrealistic requests, and drafts outreach messages, but humans still confirm fulfillment.
