RateCardly

RateCardly is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps brands and creators agree on fair pricing fast by generating verified rate cards from real campaign outcomes. Creators connect their social accounts and optionally their invoicing/payment history to prove past performance. Brands can search creators and see a pricing range tied to deliverable type (Reel, Story, TikTok, YouTube Short), audience geography, category, and recent engagement quality, not vanity metrics. The platform standardizes proposals, deliverables, usage rights, whitelisting terms, and cancellation clauses so both sides stop reinventing contracts. It’s a hybrid traditional + AI app: AI suggests pricing bands and flags suspicious metrics, but humans still negotiate and approve. The goal is fewer awkward calls, fewer underpaid creators, and fewer brands overpaying for inflated numbers.
