RateReceipt helps freelancers and small agencies negotiate rates using their own historical evidence instead of generic scripts. You connect your invoicing or time-tracking exports (CSV) and optionally Stripe/PayPal, then the app summarizes your realized hourly rates, project overruns, revision counts, and payment speed by client type. It generates a one-page “rate justification” you can paste into an email: what changed (scope, turnaround, results), what your data shows, and two clean options (new rate or fixed-fee tiers). It also includes a simple boundary checklist (revision limits, rush fees, payment terms) to prevent you from negotiating yourself into a loss. This is not magic: it won’t win every negotiation, but it will stop you from guessing and help you anchor with credible numbers and clearer terms.
