RateRoute

RateRoute helps gig workers predict the true hourly earnings of a shift or delivery block before taking it. Users log completed jobs (time, miles, wait time, tips, bonuses), and the app builds personalized “effective hourly rate” models by zone, time of day, and platform. It then recommends when and where to work to hit a target hourly rate, and flags offers likely to underpay once deadhead miles and idle time are included. This is not a magic money printer: it only works if users consistently track data and if platforms don’t aggressively restrict visibility. The MVP focuses on one or two major gig categories (rideshare + delivery) and a few metro areas, then expands via community-shared heatmaps and anonymized aggregates.
