RatifyReady is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for teams working on constitutional amendments to plan, monitor, and de-risk the ratification path. It centralizes amendment text versions, jurisdiction-specific requirements (thresholds, deadlines, ballot language rules), and a live checklist of procedural steps from proposal to final certification. The app includes an AI-assisted “risk memo” that flags likely failure points (missed filing windows, inconsistent definitions, conflicts with existing clauses, ambiguous enforcement language) and generates stakeholder briefs tailored to legislators, legal counsel, and public-facing communications. It also provides a timeline view that maps dependencies across committees, chambers, courts, and election calendars. This is not a magic wand: it won’t win votes. But it will prevent avoidable process mistakes, reduce rework, and keep multi-party coalitions aligned with a single source of truth.
