RationRoster

RationRoster is a web + mobile app for small operators (restaurants, clinics, makers, repair shops) who get crushed when essentials become scarce or delayed. It tracks your critical inputs (fuel, water, key ingredients, parts, PPE), your current stock, and your real consumption rate, then converts that into “days of cover” and a simple rationing plan. Users can log supplier lead times and substitutions (e.g., alternate vendors, compatible parts, menu swaps) and get alerts when a threshold is breached. It also supports lightweight, local sharing: trusted peers can post availability or swap surplus without turning into a public marketplace. This is not a magic forecasting tool; it’s a pragmatic operational dashboard that helps you decide what to cut, what to reserve, and what to reorder earlier. The goal is fewer shutdown days and fewer panic buys.
