RCIAReady is a mobile + web app for parishes to manage the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults end-to-end: inquiry to sacraments. It centralizes candidate profiles, sponsor assignments, attendance, required documents, safe-environment training status, and milestone checklists aligned to a parish’s process. Candidates get a simple companion view: session schedule, homework/reading links, reminders, and what’s next. Coordinators get dashboards for who is stuck, missing paperwork, or hasn’t met with a sponsor. It also generates printable packets and exports for parish records. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance for drafting emails, summarizing meeting notes, and generating personalized study plans—nothing “theology chatbot” risky. The goal is operational reliability: fewer dropped balls, fewer awkward last-minute scrambles before Easter, and better communication with candidates and sponsors.
