RCSAForge is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that helps financial institutions run operational risk & control self-assessments without the usual spreadsheet chaos. It standardizes risk/control libraries, guides business owners through short, role-specific questionnaires, and automatically assembles an evidence pack for each key control (screenshots, logs, tickets, approvals). The product focuses on the unglamorous but painful part: proving controls actually operated. It includes workflow for attestations, due dates, reminders, and exception handling, plus a simple dashboard for second-line risk teams to spot overdue controls and recurring failures. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI suggests control wording, maps evidence to controls, and flags missing artifacts, but humans approve everything. This is not a full GRC replacement; it’s a lightweight “evidence and execution layer” that can plug into existing programs.
