ReachRuler

ReachRuler is a mobile + web AI ergonomics app for spatial designers and workplace planners who need fast, defensible reach-and-clearance checks. Using a phone camera, it captures a workstation or small room setup and overlays adjustable anthropometric models (5th–95th percentile, seated/standing) to flag high-risk reaches, blocked clearances, and awkward access paths. It outputs a simple “pass/fail + fix” report with annotated screenshots and recommended dimension ranges (e.g., shelf height, control placement, knee clearance). This is not a full BIM replacement; it’s a lightweight pre-check tool that catches obvious ergonomic mistakes early, before procurement and installation. Reports are shareable as links/PDF for clients and internal sign-off. The app focuses on repeatable, quick assessments for common environments: desks, labs, retail counters, clinics, and light industrial stations.
