ReadinessOps

ReadinessOps is a mobile + web app that helps National Guard and Reserve units keep personnel and equipment readiness from drifting between drill weekends. It centralizes tasking, document status, medical/dental/admin expirations, and training prerequisites into a single “readiness board” that leaders can actually act on. The app sends targeted nudges to soldiers/airmen (not spam blasts) and gives NCOs a clean view of who is blocked and why. It also generates inspection-friendly rollups and audit trails without forcing users to live in spreadsheets. This is a traditional app with light AI: an assistant that reads uploaded memos/checklists and suggests required tasks, owners, and due dates, plus flags likely readiness risks based on patterns (e.g., repeated no-shows, expiring items). It’s not a magic fix—units still need enforcement—but it reduces chaos and last-minute scrambles.
