ReadRadar is a mobile + web AI-assisted reading coach for kids ages 6–10 that helps parents and teachers spot specific reading weaknesses early (phonics, decoding, fluency, comprehension). A child reads short, leveled passages aloud for 60–90 seconds; the app records, transcribes, and scores key signals like accuracy, speed, and repeated error patterns. It then generates a simple weekly plan: 5-minute drills, targeted word lists, and one micro-story matched to the child’s interests. Progress is shown in plain language (no jargon), with printable summaries for teachers. This is not a full curriculum; it’s a lightweight diagnostic + practice loop that fits into real family schedules. Privacy is built in: parent-controlled profiles, minimal data retention, and clear opt-outs for audio storage.
