RealityPing
RealityPing is a mobile + web AI app that turns imposter-syndrome spirals into quick, evidence-based reality checks. Users log a “panic thought” (e.g., “I fooled everyone”), then the app prompts for concrete counter-evidence: recent wins, peer feedback, shipped work, and measurable outcomes. It also supports lightweight “micro-requests” to collect external signals (a 10-second teammate rating or comment) without making it awkward. Over time, RealityPing builds a private, searchable evidence vault and shows patterns: which situations trigger doubt, which people/projects boost confidence, and what coping scripts actually work. The app is not therapy and doesn’t pretend to be; it’s a structured reflection tool with just enough AI to summarize, spot cognitive distortions, and generate a short, personalized rebuttal you can read before meetings, interviews, or reviews.
