RealitySwitch is a web + mobile AI app that helps career changers validate a new path with low-risk “micro-trials” instead of vague advice. You pick 1–3 target roles, and the app generates a 14-day plan of realistic tasks (mini projects, shadowing outreach scripts, portfolio prompts, and skill checks) tied to actual job postings. It tracks time spent, friction points, and enjoyment, then produces a blunt fit report: what you liked, what you avoided, skills gaps, and whether the role matches your constraints (salary, hours, remote, location). It also includes a lightweight networking CRM to manage informational interviews and follow-ups without feeling salesy. The goal is not motivation—it’s evidence. If the data says the switch is a bad bet, it tells you early, saving months of wasted effort.
