It aggregates utility, state, and federal energy incentives into a searchable database, then guides users through eligibility checks based on project type, location, customer profile, and equipment specs. The app generates a “rebate packet” with required forms, supporting documentation checklists, and submission timelines, and tracks status after submission with reminders for missing items. It also provides a simple ROI/price-impact view contractors can show customers during quoting. This is not magic: incentive data is messy and changes often, so the product focuses on high-confidence programs, clear sourcing, and audit trails rather than pretending to be perfectly comprehensive. Monetization is SaaS per seat, with optional pay-per-submission for smaller shops.
