RebateRadar

RebateRadar helps households and small landlords capture real money from energy rebates, tax credits, and utility programs without drowning in fine print. Users enter their address, utility provider, and planned purchases (heat pump, insulation, EV charger, smart thermostat, windows). The app pulls matching programs, eligibility rules, and deadlines, then generates a step-by-step checklist tailored to the user’s situation. It stores receipts, contractor invoices, and model numbers in one place and flags missing documentation before submission. For common programs, it pre-fills forms and produces a submission packet (PDF + required attachments) to upload or mail. It also tracks application status and sends reminders when utilities request additional info. This is not a “save energy” tracker; it’s a paperwork and deadline killer that turns confusing incentives into completed claims and cash back.
