RebateReady

RebateReady is a mobile + web app that turns EV incentive claims into a checklist-driven workflow with evidence capture and deadline tracking. Users enter their vehicle, purchase/lease details, location, utility provider, and income bracket (optional). The app generates a personalized “claim packet” with required documents, pre-filled forms where possible, and a timeline of what to submit to whom (dealer, state, utility, IRS). It also stores receipts, VIN screenshots, dealer contracts, and charger installation invoices in a structured vault, then exports a single ZIP/PDF bundle for submission. It’s brutally practical: most people don’t miss incentives because they can’t find them—they miss them because they can’t prove eligibility or they blow deadlines. This product focuses on execution, not discovery. AI is used only to extract fields from documents and flag missing items; everything else is deterministic to reduce errors.
