RebateRoute

RebateRoute is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps contractors and homeowners reliably capture incentives for sustainability retrofits—without drowning in paperwork. Users enter a property address, basic home details, and planned measures (heat pump, insulation, windows, panel upgrade). The app generates an incentive checklist by jurisdiction and utility, highlights eligibility traps (income limits, equipment specs, pre-approval requirements), and produces a “submission packet” with required forms, photo requirements, and a timeline. It tracks statuses, deadlines, and missing items, and stores proof artifacts (invoices, AHRI certificates, photos) in a shareable folder for auditors. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI extracts key fields from invoices/spec sheets and flags mismatches against program rules. The goal is simple: fewer rejected claims and faster payouts.
