RecallAudit

RecallAudit is a mobile + web AI app that measures your real-world memory performance instead of promising generic “brain training.” You log small, everyday targets you actually care about (names, where you parked, what you read, tasks you promised, medication times). The app pings you later with quick, low-friction recall checks and captures context (time, location, stress, sleep, interruptions). It then builds a personal “forgetting profile” showing which categories fail, under what conditions, and what interventions actually help (spaced retrieval prompts, better encoding cues, external memory systems, or habit changes). It’s brutally practical: if you’re not improving on the things you track, it tells you the approach isn’t working. Exportable reports help users discuss patterns with a therapist/coach or simply adjust routines.
