It also tracks firmware/EOL notices for common smart-home brands and reminds you when support is ending—so you can return, repair, or replace before you’re stuck. The app generates a single “proof pack” (receipt + serial + photos) for claims, and a shareable link for landlords/roommates. This is not glamorous, but it’s practical: most households have thousands of dollars in devices with zero organized documentation. The MVP focuses on fast capture, reliable matching, and alerts that actually reduce hassle rather than adding noise.
