RecallRadar is a web + mobile AI app for autonomous-vehicle fleet operators and AV test programs that turns messy incident data into actionable safety and compliance work. It ingests disengagement logs, remote-assist transcripts, sensor health alerts, and driver notes, then clusters events into recurring “failure signatures” (e.g., phantom braking near specific overpasses, lidar dropouts in rain, map drift in certain zones). The app auto-generates investigation packets: timeline, video/sensor pointers, suspected contributing factors, and a recommended next action (software rollback, geofence tweak, sensor recalibration, driver training). It also tracks regulatory reporting deadlines and produces exportable summaries for internal safety boards. This is not a magic “fix AV” product—it's a workflow tool that reduces time-to-triage and prevents the same incident from repeating unnoticed across vehicles and weeks.
