RecallRadar is a web + mobile app that helps small and mid-sized food manufacturers prove end-to-end lot traceability and spot weak links before an audit or recall. It ingests purchase orders, receiving logs, production batch sheets, and shipping records, then builds a simple lot genealogy map (ingredient lots → finished goods lots → customers). An AI assistant flags missing lot codes, inconsistent yields, suspicious rework loops, and “cannot-trace-in-4-hours” scenarios, then generates a corrective-action task list. The app also produces auditor-ready reports (mock recall results, one-step-forward/one-step-backward documentation) and supports barcode/QR scans on the floor for fast data capture. This is not an ERP replacement; it’s a focused traceability layer that integrates with spreadsheets and common accounting/ERP exports. If you can’t trace quickly, you’re exposed—this makes that risk visible and fixable.
