RecallRadar is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps beverage brands detect, triage, and respond to quality and compliance issues faster. It centralizes lot codes, co-packer runs, ingredient suppliers, lab results, and customer complaints, then flags patterns that indicate an emerging recall or regulatory exposure. The AI layer clusters complaints (e.g., “off taste,” “swollen can,” “sediment”), correlates them with production dates and facilities, and generates a recommended investigation checklist and draft communications for distributors and retail partners. It also maintains an audit-ready timeline of actions taken, which is critical when regulators or major retailers ask questions. This is not glamorous software, but it targets a real operational gap: many small-to-mid beverage brands run this process in spreadsheets, email, and Slack until something goes wrong. The app focuses on speed, traceability, and fewer costly mistakes.
