RecallRadar

RecallRadar is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) that continuously monitors product safety recalls, regulatory notices, and enforcement actions, then maps them to your supplier list, SKUs, and materials. Most teams learn about issues late—via customers, distributors, or news—because recall data is scattered across agencies and countries, and internal item master data is messy. RecallRadar ingests your supplier names, manufacturer addresses, brand aliases, and part numbers, then flags probable matches with confidence scores and evidence links. It creates an incident workspace: impacted SKUs, affected lots (if provided), recommended actions, and a communication log for suppliers and internal stakeholders. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for entity matching, de-duplication, and summarizing notices; the workflow and audit trail are traditional. The goal is faster containment, fewer chargebacks, and less reputational damage.
