RecallRadar is a web + mobile AI app for slaughter and processing plants to detect early warning signals of contamination and process drift using the data they already generate. It ingests lab results (Listeria/Salmonella/E. coli), environmental swabs, CCP logs, cooler temps, sanitation records, and hold/release outcomes, then flags statistically abnormal patterns by line, shift, zone, supplier lot, or equipment. Instead of replacing HACCP systems, it sits on top of them and focuses on “what’s changing” and “where to look next.” The app produces a daily risk brief, a prioritized investigation checklist, and a simple evidence trail for corrective actions. Realistically, it won’t magically prevent all incidents; it will reduce time-to-detection and help plants act before positives spread across lots, which is where costs explode.
