RecallRadar is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that flags safety recalls and high-risk service campaigns before you buy a used car. You scan a VIN or license plate, and it pulls recall status, completion history (when available), and model-year risk patterns. The AI layer summarizes what the recalls mean in plain English, estimates urgency, and generates a buyer message you can send to the seller/dealer requesting proof of repair. It also creates a “Recall Negotiation Sheet” with suggested price leverage and a checklist of documents to ask for. This is not a full vehicle history replacement; it’s a focused, faster pre-screen that catches deal-breakers early and reduces time wasted on sketchy listings. Monetization is per-report or subscription, with a dealer tier for bulk VIN checks and compliance workflows.
