RecallRadar is a mobile + web app that automatically monitors vehicle safety recalls and critical service bulletins, then turns them into clear, actionable steps for owners and small fleets. Users add a VIN (or scan it), and the app continuously checks official sources, flags safety-critical issues, and estimates urgency based on severity, mileage, and region. It then helps book repairs with nearby dealers or trusted shops, tracks appointment status, stores proof-of-repair documents, and reminds users until the recall is closed. For fleets, it provides a simple compliance dashboard showing which vehicles are open, scheduled, or completed—useful for audits, insurance, and liability reduction. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for data ingestion and workflows; AI to summarize recall notices into plain language, generate checklists, and prioritize risk without pretending to “diagnose” the car.
