RecallRadar is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized manufacturers detect supplier and component risk early—before it turns into a quality incident, shipment stop, or recall. It connects to your ERP/Purchasing exports and key supplier documents (COAs, audit reports, change notices) and continuously monitors for red flags: spec drift, missing certificates, late corrective actions, repeated nonconformances, and suspicious lot-to-lot variability. It also watches external signals like regulatory alerts and public recall databases, then maps them to your supplier and part list. The product is not a full supply-chain suite; it’s a focused “risk early warning” layer that produces a prioritized queue, evidence pack, and recommended next actions. Expect imperfect data and messy PDFs—this tool is built for that reality, but it won’t magically fix broken processes without buy-in.
