RecallRadar is a web + mobile app for small-to-mid food manufacturers and co-packers to trace ingredients and finished goods by lot in minutes, not days. It ingests purchase orders, supplier COAs, production batch sheets, and shipping records, then builds a simple lot genealogy (one-up/one-down). The AI layer auto-extracts lot numbers, dates, and SKUs from messy PDFs, emails, and scanned paperwork, and flags gaps (missing COA, mismatched lot, impossible dates). When a supplier issue or customer complaint occurs, users can generate a recall-ready report: affected finished lots, customers shipped, quantities, and supporting documents. It’s not “blockchain for everything”; it’s pragmatic compliance and speed. The product focuses on the reality that many plants still run on spreadsheets and shared folders, and they need traceability without an ERP overhaul.
