RecallRally is a mobile + web app that helps athletes, parents, coaches, and equipment managers quickly check whether sports gear has safety recalls, warranty issues, or known defect alerts. Users scan a barcode/QR code or search by brand/model, then get a clear “Safe / Watch / Recall” status with links to official notices and recommended next steps (stop use, replacement process, retailer return rules). The app also stores a simple gear profile per player/team, sends push/email alerts when a saved item is later recalled, and generates a printable compliance report for leagues or schools. This is not glamorous, but it’s practical: most people never check CPSC/brand recall pages, and teams lose time hunting receipts and model numbers when something goes wrong. Monetization: team/school subscriptions and a lightweight consumer tier.
