RecallReady

RecallReady is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps manufacturers and distributors rehearse supply disruptions like fire drills. Teams build a lightweight map of critical parts, suppliers, lead times, and approved alternates, then run timed “tabletop” scenarios: a tier-2 plant shutdown, port strike, quality hold, or sudden demand spike. The app guides cross-functional actions (procurement, quality, planning, logistics), captures decisions, and outputs a post-mortem with gaps: missing alternates, stale specs, unapproved substitutions, single points of failure, and unclear escalation paths. It also tracks “resilience readiness” over time with simple KPIs (time-to-alternate, time-to-approve, time-to-replan). This is not a full ERP replacement; it’s a focused resilience practice tool that plugs into existing systems via CSV/API and stays usable even with imperfect data.
