RecallRelay is a mobile app (with a lightweight web portal) that turns confusing safety recalls and service campaigns into clear, actionable steps. Connect your VIN (or scan registration), and the app continuously checks NHTSA and manufacturer sources for new recalls, software updates, and service bulletins that affect your exact trim. It then summarizes the issue in plain language, shows severity and “can I keep driving?” guidance, and helps you book an appointment with nearby dealers or trusted independent shops (where applicable). For infotainment, it focuses on OTA/software-related recalls and head-unit updates that impact camera systems, Bluetooth, navigation, and driver-assist alerts. It also stores proof of repair, provides reminders, and supports multi-car households. This is not glamorous infotainment—it’s boring, high-impact compliance that most drivers ignore until something goes wrong.
