RecallRelay

RecallRelay is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for general practices to run high-compliance patient recall and follow-up campaigns: overdue labs, chronic disease reviews, immunizations, abnormal results, and missed appointments. It connects to the practice’s EHR via available APIs/exports, builds recall lists with rules (e.g., “HbA1c > 3 months overdue” or “abnormal FIT test not booked”), and sends multi-channel reminders (SMS/email/voice) with booking links and two-way replies. It tracks outcomes (booked, declined, unreachable), escalates high-risk cases to staff, and produces audit-ready reports for quality programs and insurers. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to classify free-text replies, detect intent (book/reschedule/stop), and summarize recall performance; the core workflow remains deterministic to avoid unsafe automation. It’s unglamorous, but it saves hours weekly and reduces missed care.
