RecallRelay
RecallRelay captures decisions and “why” they were made, then makes them easy to find later. It connects to Zoom/Google Meet/Teams to ingest recordings or live transcripts, and to Slack/Teams channels to catch follow-up context. After each meeting, it generates a short decision log, action items with owners, and a “rationale” section with linked quotes and timestamps so people can verify accuracy. Knowledge is organized by project, customer, and topic, with a single search box that answers: “What did we decide?” and “Where was that said?” It also nudges owners to confirm or edit the summary within 24 hours, preventing hallucinated or stale notes. The goal isn’t another wiki; it’s a lightweight decision memory that reduces repeated debates, onboarding time, and costly misalignment across teams.
