The app then guides you through a tight, evidence-based debrief: what happened, what you assumed, what you controlled, what you ignored, and what you’d do next time. It generates a one-sentence “rule” and a small, scheduled experiment (e.g., a script to use, a checklist, a boundary statement) and resurfaces it before similar contexts using calendar and location cues (optional).
