RecallRoute

RecallRoute is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps manufacturers and distributors run product recalls and quality holds with speed and audit-ready documentation. Instead of relying on spreadsheets, email threads, and ERP workarounds, it centralizes lot/batch tracing, customer notification lists, disposition decisions, and evidence capture. Users import shipment and production data (CSV/API) to build a trace graph: what lots went into which finished goods, and where they shipped. The system generates recall playbooks, assigns tasks, and tracks acknowledgements from internal teams and downstream partners. It also produces regulator- and customer-ready reports (timeline, affected SKUs, quantities, actions taken). This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps map messy data fields, detect likely lot relationships, and draft notification templates, but core workflows remain deterministic and auditable.
