It also stores a “gear locker” so you can re-check items automatically when new recalls drop. This is not a magic injury-prevention app; it’s a practical safety and compliance tool that most people don’t do manually. The MVP can focus on a few high-risk categories (helmets, bikes, home gym equipment) and expand as data coverage improves. Monetization is realistic via family plans, team/club accounts, and affiliate links for verified replacements.
