RecapRater is a mobile + web companion for reality and unscripted TV that helps viewers decide what’s worth watching and what to skip. Users score episodes by “filler vs. payoff,” track storylines (feuds, eliminations, couples), and get spoiler-controlled recap cards that summarize only the parts they care about. The app aggregates community votes into a simple “Watch / Background / Skip” recommendation and highlights the top 3 moments with timestamps (where available) so you can jump straight to the good bits. It also supports season catch-up mode: pick the contestants or arcs you care about and get a tailored recap path. This is not a streaming app; it’s a decision and recap layer that reduces time wasted on padded episodes—one of the biggest complaints in modern reality TV.
