RecapRelay is a mobile + web AI app that generates short, accurate catch-up recaps for TV series based on exactly where you left off. You pick a show, season, and last episode watched; the app produces a 60–180 second recap with key plot points, character status, and unresolved threads, plus a “what to remember next” checklist. It also offers optional deeper recaps (5 minutes) and a character map that updates as you progress. The hard part is trust: recaps must be correct and avoid spoiling beyond your selected point. RecapRelay focuses on constrained summaries, citations to episode timestamps where possible (when users link supported services), and a simple “flag wrong” feedback loop to improve quality. Monetization is straightforward: freemium with limited recaps per month, plus a subscription for unlimited recaps and multi-device sync.
