ReceiptPing is an instant messaging app built for situations where “I didn’t see it” is costly: operations, field service, clinics, property management, and on-call teams. Every message can be sent as a “receipt-required” ping that expires unless acknowledged, with lightweight reasons (Seen, Can’t, Done, Need help) and optional photo/file proof. Threads are short-lived by default to reduce noise, with a clear audit trail for critical items only. It includes shift handoff channels, escalation rules (auto-ping backup after X minutes), and offline-first delivery for spotty connectivity. This is not trying to replace consumer chat; it’s a focused work tool that behaves more like a reliable pager plus chat. It’s a combination mobile + web app, traditional app with a small AI layer for summarizing handoffs and extracting action items from message bursts.
