ReceiptProof is a mobile + web AI app that helps employees document workplace issues (harassment, retaliation, bullying, unsafe conditions, wage problems) in a structured, time-stamped, exportable format. Users log incidents in under 60 seconds using guided prompts, attach screenshots/photos/audio, and the app auto-generates a neutral, factual narrative with a consistent timeline. It flags missing details (who/what/when/where/witnesses), suggests safe next steps (internal reporting, legal aid directories), and creates an “HR packet” PDF with evidence links and a chronology. It also includes a private “risk mode” that hides the app, locks entries, and supports secure off-device backups. This is not therapy and not a lawyer; it’s a documentation and organization tool for people who feel powerless and need clarity before they escalate. The goal is to reduce chaos, improve credibility, and prevent users from losing key proof.
