ReceiptRadar

ReceiptRadar is a mobile + web app that turns your past purchases into personalized shopping inspiration. Users forward email receipts or connect Gmail/Outlook, and the app extracts items, prices, sizes, and retailers to build a private “what I actually buy” profile. It then suggests better-value alternatives, restock reminders, and adjacent products (e.g., compatible accessories, refills, or higher-rated substitutes) with current prices across major retailers. Instead of generic trends, discovery is grounded in real intent: your spending patterns, brands you tolerate, and price ceilings. It also highlights “price regret” moments—items you bought that routinely go on sale—and recommends when to wait. Monetization is realistic: affiliate links, optional premium for price-drop alerts and multi-retailer tracking, and brand-sponsored placements clearly labeled. The app is not magic; coverage will be best for mainstream retailers and may miss niche stores.
