ReceiptRelay is a web + mobile app (traditional app with light AI) that helps small nonprofits and grassroots mutual-aid groups stop losing donation documentation. Donors forward emailed receipts or upload screenshots; the app auto-extracts key fields (amount, date, merchant, donor name), matches them to bank deposits, and flags gaps before month-end. It generates a clean, exportable “audit packet” (CSV + PDF bundle) organized by fund/program, with a simple approval workflow for a treasurer and board member. It also supports restricted donations by tagging intent (e.g., “school supplies”) and keeping a basic ledger trail without pretending to be full accounting software. This is not a magic fundraising growth tool—it’s boring compliance and bookkeeping hygiene. The MVP focuses on getting receipts captured, categorized, reconciled, and exportable to the tools nonprofits already use.
