It flags likely overcharges/undercharges, identifies the root cause (expired promo, wrong UPC mapping, cashier override, POS rule conflict), and creates a task for the right owner (pricing, POS admin, store manager). It’s designed for multi-store retailers who lose margin and trust through silent register errors that only surface as refunds or social posts.
