ReceiptsHQ is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) that helps employees document difficult-boss incidents in a way that’s actually useful if things escalate to HR, legal, or a job search. It guides you to capture the minimum necessary facts: what happened, exact words, witnesses, time, location, and impact. It also stores supporting evidence (emails, screenshots, meeting notes) with tamper-evident timestamps and a clean export format that HR can read without eye-rolling. Light AI helps rewrite emotional notes into neutral, professional language and flags gaps (e.g., missing date, unclear request, no witness). It’s not therapy and it won’t “fix” your boss; it’s a practical record-keeping tool for when you need credibility. Privacy is the product: local encryption, granular sharing, and a “panic lock” mode for shared devices.
