ReceiptVault is a mobile + web app that automatically captures and organizes purchase proof for returns, warranties, and reimbursements. Users forward email receipts to a unique inbox, connect Gmail/Outlook, or scan paper receipts; the app extracts merchant, items, totals, and purchase dates, then files everything into a searchable timeline. It proactively flags return windows and warranty expirations, and generates a “return packet” (receipt + order details + return policy link) to reduce friction with retailers. For higher-stakes items (electronics, appliances), it stores serial numbers and photos, and keeps a simple claim log so users remember what happened and when. This isn’t a shopping “deal” app—it’s post-purchase insurance against lost receipts and missed deadlines. Monetization is freemium: limited storage for free, paid for higher limits, multi-inbox sync, and export for accountants.
