RecLetter helps job seekers and recommenders produce credible, specific recommendation letters without the awkward back-and-forth. The candidate creates a “brag packet” in a structured form (projects, metrics, role scope, competencies, anecdotes, links). The recommender answers a short guided questionnaire and selects the relationship context (manager, professor, peer). The app then generates a draft letter in the recommender’s voice, with measurable examples and role-relevant framing, plus a one-click fact-check checklist to reduce exaggeration. It also supports multiple targets (e.g., MBA, SWE, PM) and outputs in common formats (PDF/Doc). The key is reducing friction for busy recommenders while keeping letters authentic and defensible. This is a web app (mobile-friendly) and an AI + traditional workflow app.
