ReconcileIQ

ReconcileIQ is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that continuously monitors and reconciles data across ERP modules and connected systems (bank feeds, WMS, payroll, billing). Instead of waiting for month-end close to discover mismatched GL postings, duplicate vendors, inventory valuation drift, or broken integrations, it flags anomalies in near real time and proposes fixes with an auditable workflow. It connects via read-only APIs first, builds a reconciliation map (e.g., subledger-to-GL, PO-to-invoice-to-payment, inventory movements-to-COGS), and generates “explainable” variance reports. For common issues, it can create draft journal entries, correction tasks, or integration replays—never posting automatically without approval. The goal is not to replace the ERP; it’s to stop bad data from compounding. This is an AI + traditional app: rules for deterministic checks, AI for anomaly detection and root-cause suggestions.
