RecordNexus is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that creates a practical “system of record” layer for mid-market companies drowning in duplicate customer, vendor, and asset data across SaaS tools. It connects to common sources (CRM, ERP, HRIS, ticketing, data warehouse), ingests entities, and applies deterministic matching plus configurable rules to declare a single golden record per entity. Every merge, field override, and sync is logged with an immutable audit trail so teams can answer: who changed what, when, and why. It then pushes the canonical record back to downstream systems via connectors and webhooks, reducing operational mistakes like billing the wrong account, shipping to stale addresses, or misreporting revenue. This is not a “magic AI cleans everything” pitch; it’s a rules-first, auditable master record service with AI-assisted suggestions that require approval.
