RecoverRight is a web app (with optional Excel add-in) that helps cedents and TPAs detect under-collected or mis-billed reinsurance recoveries. It ingests claims transactions, paid/loss reserves, and reinsurance program data (treaty terms, layers, retentions, reinstatements) and runs deterministic calculations plus anomaly checks to flag likely recovery gaps. The product focuses on practicality: configurable rules, audit trails, and exportable workpapers that finance and reinsurance teams can defend. It does not promise “fully automated reinsurance”—it narrows the search space so analysts spend time on the 2–5% of items that matter. Integrations target the systems people actually use (Guidewire, Duck Creek, SICS, and flat files). The MVP should prioritize a single line of business and a handful of common treaty structures, then expand coverage as real client data exposes edge cases.
